THURMOND MUSIC

Alex is a native Californian. He has been playing piano for over 25 years.  Alex received his Bachelor and Masters degree from the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music. He has over 7 years of teaching experience, much of which has been with children. He strongly believes in helping his students have fun and realize their fullest musical potential, with lessons being tailored to the individual student. He specializes in ear training and improvisation, modern piano styles and advanced music theory.

 

Alex is also an accomplished composer. Having written several pieces for a variety of different instruments for and with fellow musicians. Alex has a strong passion for working with students and is looking forward to helping you on your musical adventure.
